Pricing does not include taxes, harbor fees, credit card fees or gratuities for the crew. You should expect and will receive great service, therefore gratuity is expected and appreciated. Crew wages are derived from a combination of deck pay, fish sales and gratuity, please plan accordingly. We greatly appreciate your attention to this matter and know that you will not be disappointed by the service you receive. We are going to have a great time!

Cancellation Policy
You are able to cancel or reschedule up to 72 hours prior to your charter. If you cancel within less than 72 hours or are a “no show” the day of your charter, you will be charged the full amount. We understand life happens and that there can be extenuating circumstances beyond your control, if this is the case please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the matter. Our goal is to never charge for any type of cancellation but you must understand that if you have booked a charter, that’s a day that isn’t available to others and our captain/crew are preparing for your arrival well in advance. If you need to come back to the dock early, you will still be charged the full amount of your charter, this includes sea sickness.
Should we need to cancel your charter due to weather or unforeseen conditions, you will not be charged. It is rare that we cancel for weather but it does happen every so often. Mechanical issues are also rare, but again, they do happen and usually unexpectedly. We keep a very close eye on the weather well ahead of your charter and should it be an issue, we will do everything we can to reschedule your adventure for a better day. We perform maintenance on Willin’ regularly to keep mechanical issues at a minimum. Our goal is to never cancel a trip, we want to fish just as badly as you do!
